Responsibilities
Prospecting new client relationship and networking with other industry professionals to create commercial real estate transactions
Work alongside the Executive Vice President of Brokerage and associates to manage existing relationships for Tenant and Owner accounts
Participate in best-in-class real estate and sales training for ongoing skill development
Research local, regional and national markets to stay engage on industry trends
Advise clients in the leasing, sales, development and execution of their individualized strategies
Interface with Property Management, Graphic Departments, and Asset Management on various client needs
Negotiate Letter of Intent/Offers for the basis of Lease and Purchase and Sale Agreements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred
PA, NJ Real Estate licenses required, or upon receipt of position
Active Driver’s license and vehicle required
Required Skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and build lasting relationships
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and communication skills, including writing, reporting and research
Proficient experience in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
