J.C. BAR has completed over $1 billion in mixed-use and retail projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Over the past 15-years, J.C. BAR has built a distinguished reputation for excellence in commercial real estate development, property management, and brokerage services.
Built on a Solid Foundation of Experience.
Founded in 2006 in Camp Hill, PA, by Robert V. Gothier, Jr., J.C. BAR Properties, Inc. was built on a solid foundation of retail development experience with the most recognized retailers in the Mid-Atlantic region including Giant, Sheetz, and others. In 2017, Rob moved the corporate office to York, PA to better service the ever-growing footprint of J.C. BAR Properties. Since their relocation to York, they have grown into the brand J.C. BAR, offering more than development services with the addition of the investment fund and the creation of Triple BAR Group.
