Sam joined J.C. BAR Properties in May of 2007 as a Project Manager and then as Director of Development for the CVS account before leaving to pursue other career opportunities. During his tenure he specialized in developing new site purchases and ground leases in the Mid-Atlantic region. Returning as Vice President of Property Management, Sam comes back with a wider array of skills and experience to deploy. Such expertise includes maintaining budget constraints for new and existing deals, balancing timelines with authorities and municipalities, contract negotiations, as well as managing timelines for permitting and approvals. Sam will also maintain our partnerships with engineers, architects, general contractors, and brokers.
Sam graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer & Information Systems while lettering 4 years on the football team and winning 2 PSAC championships. Sam has been married for 34 years to love of his life with one truly amazing daughter and son-in law who always make life an adventure.
