BAR Properties, Rob inspires his team to seek non-traditional, non-cookie-cutter approaches to all aspects of the construction and property management process. He maintains a hands-on, visible presence in the office and in the field, and is proud of the enduring relationships his team has built over the years.
Specifically, Rob is responsible for the coordination of the J.C. BAR’s development, brokerage, and asset management services. Active in strategic and financial analysis, zoning, leasing, and project financing, Rob is recognized as a developer willing to take on complex projects with an attention to detail that brings quality and superior service to each project.
