Olivia joined J.C. BAR Properties in March of 2025 as a Property Accountant. Her responsibilities include monthly reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and other duties to support the JC BAR Team. Olivia works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Controller.
Olivia graduated from Elizabethtown College with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She spent 3 years in public accounting before joining J.C. BAR Properties. During her time working in public accounting, she primarily focused on rental real estate entities and private wealth clients. Olivia is getting married to her fiancé in May of 2026 and is very excited about spending the future with her fiancé and dog, Sadie.
