Melissa Lippe joined J.C. BAR Properties, Inc. in January 2022 and serves as Principal, Senior Vice President. Melissa oversees leasing, asset management, and portfolio strategy across more than 5.5 million square feet of retail real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for the Triple BAR Group fund and J.C. BAR Properties portfolio.
In her role, Melissa leads leasing and asset management initiatives across the portfolio, focused on driving occupancy, enhancing asset performance, and stabilizing investments through strategic tenanting and long-term portfolio planning. She works closely with ownership on acquisitions, underwriting, development opportunities, and business strategies designed to maximize value and support the continued growth of the company.
Melissa oversees the execution of leasing strategies and tenant relationships across the portfolio while identifying opportunities to strengthen asset performance and create long-term value.
Melissa was recognized as a Philadelphia Inquirer Influencer of Real Estate and received the “Rising Star” award in 2019.
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management from James Madison University and is an active member of ICSC. She is based in the firm’s Conshohocken office.
