Melissa King joined J.C. BAR Properties in May of 2026 as a Commercial Property Manager, bringing more than 22 years of experience in commercial property management.
Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in property operations, tenant relations, lease administration, and facility maintenance. She is committed to delivering exceptional service while developing strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.
