Joshua Myers joined J.C. BAR Properties, Inc. in November 2020 and holds the position of Property Accountant. Josh’s main responsibilities include supporting the controller in financial reporting, financial analysis, reconciliations, and accounting software implementation/migrations. In addition, Josh supports the property management group of J.C. BAR Properties, Inc. with various lease administration updates.
Josh has a strong background in the commercial real estate industry and brings 4 years of third-party management knowledge and expertise. He graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Accounting and just recently completed the coursework for his M.S. in Accounting.
