Greg specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the Philadelphia & the mid-Atlantic region. He uses persistence & diligence to obtain the best results for his clients. He is a Broker of Record in PA, MD, NJ, & DE. Greg was also named the CoStar, “Power Broker” in 2019 & 2020, for retail leasing and commercial sales in Philadelphia MSA. A notable leasing project for Greg in 2020 & 2021 was the redevelopment of the Lansdale Pavilion +/- 135,808 SF of retail on approximately 13.93 acres in Lansdale, PA. This project took a team effort to relocate two National tenants to reposition the shopping center for Grocery Outlet, Grandview Hospital and Krux Fitness. Under Greg’s management the shopping center was stabilized and prepared for disposition for the Triple BAR Group.
Greg has been married for over 20 years and has 4 amazing children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with the youth group at his church, playing soccer, playing softball and enjoying time outdoors.
Greg currently represents retail shopping owners and national retailers expanding in the mid-Atlantic region.
