Amanda Dice joined J.C. BAR Properties in March of 2026 as the Property Management Coordinator. She works closely with the Property Management team handling a variety of tasks to ensure efficient daily operations of the portfolio.
Amanda graduated from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania (now Commonwealth University - Mansfield) with an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. Following her undergraduate degree, Amanda went on to receive her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Juniata College. She brings two decades of Property Management experience from the self-storage industry, including holding roles as a Property Manager and Regional Operations Manager.
When not in the office, Amanda enjoys watching movies, baking and spoiling her two dogs, Eleanor and Oliver.
