Robert V. Gothier III serves as Vice President of J.C. BAR Properties, Inc., bringing a strong foundation rooted in a multigenerational background in commercial real estate. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has played a key role in strengthening property management operations while expanding his expertise into brokerage, asset management, and leasing. He has also been instrumental in supporting the continued growth and visibility of J.C. BAR and the Triple BAR Group.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Stevenson University. His well-rounded business perspective and hands-on approach contribute to the firm’s ongoing success and client-focused service.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family. He is married and can often be found on the golf course or fishing in his free time.
