Rob has a vast family history in the commercial real estate business. He joined the J.C. BAR team in 2022, primarily focused on property management, and has now expanded his passion for leasing and development as well. Rob currently manages 5 large retail grocery-anchored shopping centers and is actively engaged with all aspects of asset management and leasing. He specializes in hands-on property management, resulting in efficiencies for the tenants and landlords.
Due to growth and Rob’s dedication, he also utilizes his skills with the brokerage team supporting third party best-in-class leasing efforts. His attention to detail and dedication has made him an integral part of the team. Rob enjoys finding solutions to problems and works tirelessly to accomplish them.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and fishing.
