Kyle McLaughlin joined J.C. BAR Properties, Inc. in April 2023 as Vice President of Brokerage Services. Kyle’s background comes with more than a decade of real estate, management, hospitality, and entrepreneurial experience. He focuses on sales, leasing, and tenant and landlord representation in transactions through the Mid-Atlantic Region. Kyle is also an adjunct professor at the University of Delaware where he teaches entrepreneurship and is involved in a number of consulting projects.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration from Providence College. He is an avid reader and listener of "all things business" and enjoys brainstorming new ideas and business initiatives. In his spare time Kyle can be found experiencing new restaurants or getting outdoors to be active with his dogs.
