Located at the signalized intersection of Routes 442 and 405 just a half mile east of the Route 405 and Interstate 180 interchange. Over 20,000 cars per day use I-180 and over 10,000 cars per day utilize Water Street (Route 405). Muncy’s primary retail hub and this commercial subdivision are now home to Sheetz, CVS, Taco Bell, and Jersey Shore State Bank, Cole’s Hardware, and Autozone. The last remaining pad site was sold in June 2021.
