Mary Dimm joined J.C. BAR Properties in 2017 as Marketing Manager, bringing with her over 15 years of marketing experience. She is responsible for the entire marketing presence of the firm. In addition to strategic business development efforts, she directs communication and outreach programs, branding, advertising, and website development.
Her key role includes working with J.C. BAR’s Property Management and Development teams, where she leads market research, maintains the corporate client database, and assembles well-researched and detailed target marketing packages. In 2018, Mary led J.C. BAR in an across-the-board corporate reinvention initiative. She coordinated the rebranding of the company logo, updating the marketing material, and redesigning the company website.
In August 2020, Mary was responsible for the full marketing development of the Triple BAR Group Investment Fund, where her objective was to lay a foundation of credibility and trust through a comprehensive investment deck package that turned prospects into qualified investors. The Fund has a targeted focus on the acquisition and management of grocery-anchored retail center assets across U.S. East Coast markets. They closed their first acquisition, York Marketplace, in November 2020.
Mary is a graduate of Wilson College in Chambersburg where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts. Mary lives with her family and two rescue dogs in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, where she enjoys volunteering as a co-leader to her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and spending time outdoors.
